What Rae does is she will provide you with support in the 4 areas that people usually find that they struggle so you won't just lose weight but you'll love being healthy and you'll keep your weight off.

Health Coach
You will be assigned a health coach who will call you and will provide you assistance and accountability.
Community
You will be surrounded by other health minded people so you feel supported and inspired.


Healthy Mind
You will learn to get your mind healthy, change your habits and learn sustainable health for life.

Nutrition
You will learn what to eat, when to eat and what your body needs to lose weight and keep it off.
